The instruction focuses in three areas: human resources, management, and financial basics for improving profitability. The training is dovetailed in each session with the challenges brought forth by participants in the focus groups.
Our facilitators have a wealth of industry knowledge and have worked with hundreds of companies in the oil heat and propane industries. The group session is facilitated toward discovering challenges and developing related solutions that can be implemented on the job.
How it works
Each focus group meets two times per year for a six-hour session, and sessions are limited to six participants. The non-competing participants discuss challenges they face in day-to-day operations. The facilitators and member participants vet one challenge for each participant in each session. The output of the session produces a solution for each participant that can be implemented on the job. Challenge implementation is supplemented by conference calls and/or one-on-one meetings between sessions.
